To NWIRA association clubs and guest club,

The 105th NWIRA Championship Regatta is only 3 weeks away. It is scheduled for July 25 and 26 at Rabbit Lake in Kenora, Ontario, Canada and Kenora Rowing Club is hosting the championship regatta.

Key dates to remember (1) Entries will be due on July 16th, (2) Changes in names and scratches without fees will be taken until July 21st, and (3) Heats draws will be posted by July 23rd.

If you have not done so, please purchase Regatta Master 2007, the Rowing Club and Regatta Management software, from Regatta Master. Visit their website for more details. The latest version is Version 3.1 and the cost of the software is $249 (US Dollars) per club.
You will need this software to prepare your NWIRA entries. I attached a very high level overview in preparing your club's NWIRA entries in the Regatta Master software. Do not wait until the last minute to prepare your NWIRA entries.

Also attached to this email is the Regatta Master 2008 NWIRA Entry file (Regatta_Export.RMX). This file is to be imported in your club's Regatta Master database. Once imported, you can make entries for your club and
export it as a club entry file (e.g. ROCH_Entry.RMX).

As mentioned in previous email sent out on May 14, 2008, at the 2007 NWIRA Annual General Membership meeting in November 2007, the association voted to require the NWRIA association clubs to use Regatta Master instead of RegattaCentral.com to submit their entries for the NWIRA Championship Regatta. This requirement becomes effective for the 2008 NWIRA championship regatta and every year thereafter.

Be to email your Regatta Master's club entry file along with a list of non-rowers attending the award banquet (use the MS Excel attachment) to me.
